Samsung Public Information Displays (PID) reached out to re-imagine their web presence and online sales approach.
The core of this work was to discover and redesign the existing offering, giving Samsung customers an improved experience when navigating the different product types. Part of the UX team would go to South Korea on a fact finding mission and carry out discovery work.

Rapid Wireframes
Because of the lo-fidelity modular design approach. Hierarchy and copy could be added at short notice for the overseas client team.
Delivery Timing
Everything was delivered on time. Research, branding & design, copy, videography and photography all overlapped to create the whole.
Product Specifications
We had to allow for product specifications without cluttering the page. Cognitive overload would cause a negative impact.
