AXA Health

Building an award winning European centre of excellence for design systems and research practices

AXA Health, are all about Feelgood Health – finding simple, enjoyable ways to increase happiness in life, supporting people everyday. The UX team's aim is to understand needs of our core user groups and evolve our services towards providing this wellbeing goal.

Every user is at the core of AXA's business plans and their needs are apparent across almost every area of product, marketing and strategy. My role was to work on multiple projects, giving leadership to a team of like minded professionals and deliver excellent digital services and experiences. The outcome within12 months of developing our principals and goals were recognition, awards and the ability to go to summits and speak about our achievements.

AXA Health received multiple awards in late 2025, including the "private medical insurance provider" and "customer satisfaction" awards from The Telegraph.
