Ieso is free and available to many NHS patients across the UK
Ieso provides high-quality digital mental healthcare. Supporting the NHS is a key priority for the team of designers, developers and qualified therapists.

Users of the service, required a safe and secure place to join CBT sessions, the design and user flow had to be empathetic towards their needs. An open and non-threatening environment was needed, in order to build trust and healthy dialogue.

Research was conducted for the Therapist and user at every level. Where they meet in each shared experience was crucial to IESO's success.
Caring
Core to our design ethos was to support the user in a time of need. We had to understand the user vulnerabilities and assess the best approach for them.
Inspiration
Our design system took on natural colours and forms. The CBT sessions were wrapped in a "calming environment".
Secure
We ensured clarity around the utmost private nature of the conversations and security we had in place for their peace of mind and repeat use.
NHS
We were supported at the time by the NHS across 70 trusts. Care delivery using this technology made all the difference to the patients.
