The project included investigation of departments, legal experts and judges. We needed to outline user flows and the current limitations they faced.

Highlights
Going to court
Discovery was key to this work. There is so much history to how the UK courts operate, so being present and documenting this environment was essential.
Digital Security
At every level data for any case must be stored with safeguards and security. The challenge within the product design work was making it accessible.
GDS
The Government Digital Service (GDS) helped to collaborate and define the rules around interaction and design. Skills and knowledge that have carried across projects.
Delivery team
Due to the nature of the project the work was carried out in secure Westminster offices. Design and development worked in the same space to great effect.
Real world testing
Our team had access to the first of its kind UK digital courtroom. This was an environment were our builds could be stress tested and user interactions understood.
Judges
