Engie

As Engie moved into small business and home markets they looked for a new experience for these new customers

The energy provider had rebranded Engie in the 2010's. They were looking to enter the UK marketplace with an initial product launch for the business and industry sector.

 

This project included competitor research, prototyping, user journeys as well as account control. We had to consider for the next phase of development, targeting the home energy market.

A quote and buy journey that improved conversion and reduced the need for call centre involvement. Providing product insight and clear pricing.

The experience is delivered to adapt to the user type and scale of business engaging with Engie.

Mobile First

Due to the broader reach the product design was mobile first. It allowed for quick purchase and portal access in most scenarios.
