I am a firm believer in creating the correct culture for a team to succeed. Get everyone to a place of confidence so they can participate across projects and lead their own work. Human Computer Interaction seems more relevant with the recent changes in technology. I have been training and encouraging teams to engage with AI tools for research analysis and Design to Code.
